Here at Eco Kitchens Online customer satisfaction means a great deal to us and so does respect for your privacy. We at TCR Doors Ltd t/as Eco Kitchens Online, are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy together with our terms & conditions sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).
Eco Kitchens Online holds information about its customers, but we will not disclose customer's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. Your email address will be used to contact you and confirm any purchase you make from us.
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by Data Protection legislation, we adhere to strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
If for any reason you think the personal and account information we hold about in your name is incorrect, please contact us. We will review your file and update your records if required.
By using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by TCR Doors Ltd t/as Eco Kitchens Online. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will e-mail you and additionally post those changes on this site so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
We also use cookies which record details of your visits to our site. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are stored on a computer.
This information is purely statistical and does not identify you as an individual. We use this data to help us understand our users' browsing patterns and to shape our marketing.
1. How we use your information
We use the information that we collect via our site or through correspondence with you to improve the service that we provide to you. We will only use the information you have provided us with to:
- Plan and manage our activities, possibly through researching and analysing your use of the site.
- Provide you with information about new services.

- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Website Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, safety of TCR Doors Limited t/a Eco Kitchens Online and that of our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
3. Security and Data Retention
Unfortunately, the transfer of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorised access and protect your personal data against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
4. Access to Information
The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our administrative costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Returns & Replacements

1.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy. (set out in clause 9 see Terms & Conditions ).
1.2 To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
1.3 You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following Products because they are made to your individual specification:
- Kitchen doors
- Kitchen carcasses
- Worktops
1.4 Details of this statutory right, and an explanation of how to exercise it, are provided in the Order Confirmation. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
1.5 When you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us in accordance with paragraph 18 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
1.6 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Ordering
- Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping trolley.
- When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping trolley/cart, proceed to the checkout.
- You will then need to pay for the items and will be guided through the process at the checkout.
- An acknowledgement of order will be sent to you, please note this is not a confirmation of order.
- We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible to you, some goods are made to order and some goods will be sent out direct from the manufacturer. We will advise of delivery as soon as we have been in contact with the manufacturer.
- You will receive a separate email 'order confirmation' advising of delivery date for your order, delivery schedules vary according to the products selected, a few products will be sent to you direct from our manufacturer but we will still advise you when to expect delivery. This is also confirmation of acceptance of your order and when your payment will be taken.
Payment & Pricing
- 8.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
8.2 These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Guide.
8.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Order Confirmation.
8.4 Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
8.5 We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
8.6 Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Switch, JCB, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. We will charge your credit or debit card when we send you the Order Confirmation.
Viewing Orders
- Once you have created an account this gives you access to your account area where you will be able to view orders that you have placed. You will be able to see the progress of the order and reorder products previously ordered.
