We are delighted to be able to offer you a range of beautifully crafted individually designed high quality brass and bronze handles all hand produced by an extremely talented Somerset metal smith Ged Kennett.

These handles are cast from hand forged originals using recycled materials and will give a truly special finish to your Kitchen cabinets.

As all Ged’s handles are made to order and hand produced, we will confirm delivery dates to you upon receipt of your order.

More about Ged-

It took a while for Ged Kennett to find his true vocation as a metal smith.

After working for several years in various careers from professional violinist to secondary school teacher, he was as surprised as anyone to discover that working with metal was what he really wanted to do.

Ged Kennett has now been making fine interior metalwork for well over a decade. Having trained with two of the country’s leading architectural blacksmiths, Ged set up his own workshop in 1996. After working to commission for a number of years it became apparent that his skills favoured work of a smaller, finer scale. He discovered a need for high quality imaginative cabinet fittings and in 1999 he began specialising in this area.

Ged strives to produce the highest quality fittings, in terms of both manufacture and design while developing new techniques of forming and finishing metal. His current range reflects much of what he has learned over the past decade.

Please note that variations in colour, texture and dimension are to be considered part of the character of these fittings.
